We are looking to hire a hard-working and efficient commis chef to prepare meal ingredients for the chef de partie and assist with various kitchen duties. The commis chef's responsibilities include; Cutting, washing, and peeling fruits and vegetables, seasoning, and preparing ingredients. Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and sanitary, and following food safety temperature logs. Monitoring stock movement, requisitioning items, and accepting and storing deliveries Informing the supervisor of malfunctioning or broken kitchen equipment, unpacking and organizing deliveries, and mopping up kitchen spills to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure that all food items are properly stored to prevent spoilage. You should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner. Communicating clearly and effectively with other cooks, wait staff, and supervisors . Should be able to follow all instructions and comply with food health and safety regulations.Desired qualifications for a commis chef include: High school diploma or equivalent Higher certification in culinary arts preferred 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations Excellent communication skills Computer literate Able to lift heavy items Able to work holidays and weekends

The Candidate will be assisting the Membership Department with following tasks;1) Updating the Member database on a daily basis thru Phone / Email or website of the member organizations.2) Maintaining accurate records in the Member Database3) Membership Follow up with past members.4) Follow up ( Payment / Registration )5) Increasing member data. thru renewed membershipFollowing are the desired candidate profile;@Garducate in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service & Data Management@ Very Good with Advance Excel functions ( V-Look up, Pivot table etc.)@ Should know Mail Merge, & Spread sheet Web components.@ Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.@ Perform tasks in relation to ensuring the integrity & security of the data in the system
