The Candidate will be assisting the Membership Department with following tasks;
1) Updating the Member database on a daily basis thru Phone / Email or website of the member organizations.
2) Maintaining accurate records in the Member Database
3) Membership Follow up with past members.
4) Follow up ( Payment / Registration )
5) Increasing member data. thru renewed membership
Following are the desired candidate profile;
@Garducate in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service & Data Management
@ Very Good with Advance Excel functions ( V-Look up, Pivot table etc.)
@ Should know Mail Merge, & Spread sheet Web components.
@ Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
@ Perform tasks in relation to ensuring the integrity & security of the data in the system
