The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property showings, building client relationships, and closing sales deals in a fast-paced real estate environment.---**Key Responsibilities:** - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. - Meet with clients to assess their property needs and offer suitable real estate options. - Schedule and conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and amenities. - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and assist in closing sales transactions. - Maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and channel partners. - Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and pricing. - Assist in drafting proposals, agreements, and sales documentation. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships. - Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions.---**Requirements:** - **Education:** Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing preferred). - **Experience:** 1-2 years of real estate sales or similar industry experience. - **Skills:** - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills - Target-oriented with a proactive approach - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
