Monitor course-related social media channels and discussion forums, and respond to questions and comments in a timely manner. Build relationships with course participants and foster a sense of community among learners through regular communication and engagement activities. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, and proactively communicate key updates and announcements to course participants. Collaborate with the course instructor and other team members to create and execute promotions and contests to drive engagement and participation. Act as an advocate for our learners, collecting feedback and insights to inform future course offerings and improvements. Measure and report on engagement metrics and use insights to continuously improve our community engagement efforts.
