Overview: Should have brand experience to manage social groups. Should be social media savvy with strong interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase participation, retention, and satisfaction of course participants.
• Monitor course-related social media channels and discussion forums, and respond to questions and comments in a timely manner.
• Build relationships with course participants and foster a sense of community among learners through regular communication and engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions, and proactively communicate key updates and announcements to course participants.
• Collaborate with the course instructor and other team members to create and execute promotions and contests to drive engagement and participation.
• Act as an advocate for our learners, collecting feedback and insights to inform future course offerings and improvements.
• Measure and report on engagement metrics and use insights to continuously improve our community engagement efforts.
