The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by building and managing a team of advisors, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service in health, life, and general insurance products.Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Business Development Generate new business in Health, Life & General Insurance Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base2. Team Management Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors Motivate and guide team members to achieve their targets Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback3. Sales Strategy Plan and execute sales strategies to increase revenue Conduct field visits and client meetings Support team in closing high-value deals4. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients Ensure best-in-class service and claim support Handle escalations and resolve customer queries5.
