Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Develop financial strategies and budgets tailored to client needs, aiming for growth and profitability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits as needed. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align financial goals with business objectives. Monitor industry trends and economic changes to identify new opportunities and risks.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus. 3-6 years of experience in finance, account management, or a related role. Proven experience in team management and development. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Prepare plans, details, and specifications for plumbing, heating, ventilating, airconditioning, and general piping systems. Provide technical advice to staff designers, supervisors, inspectors, andcontracting service providers regarding the installation and maintenance ofMEP systems. Analyse architectural and structural engineering problems, formulate solutions,and identify potential design issues. Manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring proper planning andorganisation. Review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others involved inthe project. Prepare and deliver effective oral presentations as required. Review contractor's installation method statements and shopdrawings against design drawings for compliance with the designintent. Coordinate with structural and electrical engineers to ensure engineeringcoordination and provide technical clarifications when needed. Review contractor's material proposals and subcontractorrecommendations from a technical standpoint, advising the ProjectDirector accordingly.Desired Candidate Profile : Excellent communication and presentation skills.
