Job Responsibilities Identify and prospect channel partners - Chartered Accountants/ Property Consultants/Wealth Managers through daily market visits (Yes, we strongly believe that cold callingmake the best sales leaders) Build relationships/alliances with Chartered Accountants, Independent Mortgage Advisorsand small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms to generate Mortgage Leads Create and maintain a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned geography Keep a track of Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and explore incrementalbusiness opportunities from them Client Interaction to understand their Lending requirements clearly and explain ourproposition to them Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate solution to clients Daily office reporting on update/ progress. Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targetsJob Requirements 1-4 years total experience in Relationship Building & management * Experience in corporate sales,Bancassurance or channel development desired will be anadvantage Understanding of client segmentation of Chartered Accountants and having any existingrelationships with CAs or Mortgage Advisors will an advantage
