Service Engineer - maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical equipment. They might be needed to install Mechanical & Electrical equipment diagnosed and resolve the issue.Responsibility Deliverable-1.Communicating with the customer to ensure that services are being delivered effectively.2.Promptly following up on service request and providing customer feedback.3.Monitoring and maintaining the performance of Mechanical / Electrical equipment.4.Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers.5.Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.6.Ordering and stocking materials as needed.7.Providing clear customer feedback.8.Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.9.Writing reports on a regular basis and presenting findings to managers.Required Skills-1. Analytical thinking skills.2.Good verbal communication skills.3.Knowledge of computer operating systems software.4. problem-solving skills.5.Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a customer or team to resolve Mechanical system problems.6.Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.7.Being able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and complete tasks within set deadlines.8.
