Bhartiya Airways BPO Customer Support Executive (Voice/Non-Voice) Job DescriptionAbout the CompanyBhartiya Airways is a travel and aviation services provider offering domestic and international flight bookings, tour packages, corporate travel solutions, and 247 customer support.Job Title: Customer Support Executive BPO (Voice / Non-Voice)Department: Customer Service / OperationsLocation: Gurgaon/Delhi (or as applicable)Employment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound calls related to flight bookings, rescheduling, refunds, cancellations, and travel inquiries.Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone with accuracy and professionalism.Assist customers in resolving ticketing issues, payment concerns, or documentation requirements.Maintain customer interaction records in CRM systems.Explain airline policies, baggage rules, travel guidelines, and fare conditions.Coordinate with internal teams and airline partners to process customer requests.Ensure high customer satisfaction with timely and effective problem resolution.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and achieve daily/weekly performance targets.Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English & Hindi.Good listening and problem-solving abilities.Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).Customer-centric approach with patience and empathy.Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/holidays).Knowledge of travel/airline industry is a plus.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.Experience: 03 years in BPO/Customer Service (Freshers welcome).Age: 1835 years.Immediate joiners preferred.Salary & BenefitsSalary: 35,000 70,000 per month (depending on experience & profile).Incentives/Performance bonuses.Paid training.Travel industry perks (discounted tickets/offers).Growth opportunities within the company.Work Environment6-day working with rotational shifts.Office-based / Hybrid options (as per company policy).Supportive team and professional work culture.
