We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer cum Supervisor to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and a diploma in civil engineering. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Site Management:** Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are on track, including managing work schedules and resource allocation.- **Supervision of Workers:** Lead and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and instructions to ensure tasks are performed correctly and safely.- **Quality Control:** Monitor construction activities to ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications established in project documents.- **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.- **Collaboration with Contractors:** Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and execution of project plans.- **Progress Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, highlighting any challenges and recommending solutions to ensure timely completion.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to civil engineering projects to aid in design and analysis.- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles to effectively manage site operations and ensure compliance.- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and safety standards in the construction industry.
