Civil Site Engineer Cum Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer cum Supervisor to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience and a diploma in civil engineering.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Site Management:** Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are on track, including managing work schedules and resource allocation.

- **Supervision of Workers:** Lead and supervise construction workers, providing guidance and instructions to ensure tasks are performed correctly and safely.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor construction activities to ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications established in project documents.

- **Site Inspections:** Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction guidelines, reporting any issues promptly.

- **Collaboration with Contractors:** Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and execution of project plans.

- **Progress Reporting:** Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, highlighting any challenges and recommending solutions to ensure timely completion.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to civil engineering projects to aid in design and analysis.

- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles to effectively manage site operations and ensure compliance.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and coordinate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
