Responsibilities:Responsible for maintenance Transformer, Sub stations and other Electrical Equipment's.Lead the Site & Purchase team and be responsible for timely delivery of within the approved Cost, Quality and Schedules aligned to overall business unit objectives Responsible for the proper functioning of the Site Team.Work closely with the Managing Director and Indian Railways (Electricity Dept.) for project delivery focusing on delivery of projects as per agreed time, cost and quality parameters.Provide technical assistance to the Site team or solve problems as may be required. To develop project plan and liaison for required Govt./statutory approvals & permits.Assign appropriate resources to projects and supervision on the work schedule to facilitate timely completion of projects.Monitor progress of works against the project schedule and maintaining MIS for the same on daily updated basis.Coordinate with the Purchase team for finalization of vendors as per the agreed time lines.Coordination process for monitoring and evaluating performance of petty contractors, and other outside vendors. Ensure project updates to the Managing Director on a weekly, monthly basis to the Management.
