MEP CxA Engineer: Support the project execution by Supporting CxA Manager / Project lead by carrying out following tasks:1. Carryout MEP CxA / Peer Review project assigned as per the client requirements & timelines. 2. Executing project under guidance of Execution Lead / CxA Manager for Service delivery3. Preparing day to day documentations for the projects4. Support Execution Lead for Timely Service delivery for the project. 5. Document project related documentation on day-to-day basis such as Method statements / Reports / Commissioning Plan / LEED Documentation for all credits / Snag Report / etc.6. Execute Day to Day project tasks as assigned by the project execution lead / CxA Manager. 7. Participating in weekly meetings & regular project team interactions along with project lead8. Co-ordinate with different project team members from other consultants or contactors for delivering project in timely & quality manner9. Attend & Witness necessary Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities on site independently / under guidance of Lead or CxA Manager. 10. Prepare necessary documentations for Commissioning11. Keep Project on track with timely observations & Documentations.12. Give Time to time consultations, on execution of Project activities, technical aspects13. Assist in developing & documenting case studies for the project.14. Take care of project related milestone & deliverables15. Identify quality issues & prepare site quality reports16. Prepare & maintain all the records of Peer Review & CxA17. Prepare final list of Sign off on Project closure reports.

Manages day to day project matters related to the service & gets the project executed with help of Supporting Draftsmans:1. In depth knowledge on Electrical / HVAC / Fire / Plumbing designing. Understanding of sizing & various applications:a. Work on MEP Design projects for Designing / Drafting - Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing / Fire systems. 1. Should be well verse with AUTO CAD programs & commands. 2. Basic knowledge of MEP Systems3. Draftsmans with knowledge of Duct Sizing & Routing, Cable Tray Sizing & Routing, Pipe Sizing, Lighting design, etc are preferred.4. Understanding of symbols required for preparing the schematic5. Worked on MEP Co-ordination layouts, RCP Plans.6. Prepare necessary sections & Elevations based on the plans as required for the projects7. Maintain project drawings / records / Revisions8. Prepare & Maintain data base of CAD blocks & general layouts9. Work on CAD drawings for MEP Systems & Schematics as per instruction from Project lead / MEP Designer.10. Collating all the individual technical reports, spread sheets, excel sheets, hard copies etc and preparing / compiling as part of report as per instruction from team members for various projects under following services:a. Maintaining a revision & comments tracker 6. Updating documents based on internal & client comments7. Updating / maintaining a Standard templates / documents required as per ISO requirements or as per organizational standards. 8. Maintaining documentation on inhouse drive or clients drive as per projects requirements & maintaining documentation as well as folder management. 9. Manage clients Posts files to respective folders as per project requirements which meets organizational folder management standards & documentation requirements. 5. Performs data entry in Engineering Design and Services database and Plan File database. 6. May provide lead direction to office support staff; provide back up, as needed, at the front counter. 7. Check for accuracy and edit all types of technical documents, which we are presenting to clients. 8. Be a point of contact to internal team & client as a document controller for various projects9.
