Position: Business DesignerLocation: Thane/Bengaluru (Hybrid), Bayer Crop Science, DFS Business Design TeamAbout the Role:Join the Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) team to design customer-centric business models that empower smallholder farmers across Asia. As a Business Designer, you will blend human-centered design, business innovation, and product strategy to solve complex challenges in agriculture.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Venture Leads to craft exceptional customer experiences and value propositions.Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and align business processes with strategic goals.Design and test journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps.Facilitate design sprints and workshops with stakeholders across Asia.Work within a multi-disciplinary team of designers, product strategists, and data scientists.Requirements:4+ years of design experience (HCD, service design, or strategic design).Expertise in user research, business strategy, and customer-centric design.Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.Hands-on approach with familiarity in visual or interaction design (a plus).Based in India, fluent in English, and willing to work in a hybrid setup.What We Offer:Competitive salary with flexibility to work remotely.Start-up experience within a corporate ecosystem.Career growth opportunities and access to digital training programs.

Key Tasks:Drive communication and change management for D-Hub strategy and objectives.Design and execute communication plan.Act as final approver of Center-wide communications.Collaborates and Owns content strategy and publishing of relevant topics with the aim to increase awareness and drive engagement.Continuously listens to and anticipates the needs of Communications by collaborating with all platforms and translates communication requirements and amplify using various communication channels across.Leverage data, details and insights from various avenues to plan and strategize overall communication and change management strategy.External communications for the D-Hub in close collaboration with Country Communications.Establish Industry relations to facilitate connect to emerging market trends.Guide and support conceptualization & execution of internal events such as town halls, employee engagement events including strategies for implementation.Plan and manage all internal employee communication activities specific to platforms.Content Creation for internal channels like BayernetSkills & Qualifications:Degree in communication and change management OR equivalent10+ years of experience with 5+ years as people leaderIT experience is an advantageFluent and concise communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skillsKnowledge of communications tools and processes, basics in ContentManagement Systems, is technology-savvyTrained in Change Management is an advantageStrong presentation knowledge and new digital assets Eye for aesthetics and brandingStrong in relationship building and influencing with relevant external and internal stakeholder groupsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines - Play to WinCreate Value with customerAct with speedy and pragmatic
