Key Tasks:

Drive communication and change management for D-Hub strategy and objectives.

Design and execute communication plan.

Act as final approver of Center-wide communications.
–ª
Collaborates and Owns content strategy and publishing of relevant topics with the aim to increase awareness and drive engagement.

Continuously listens to and anticipates the needs of Communications by collaborating with all platforms and translates communication requirements and amplify using various communication channels across.
–ª
Leverage data, details and insights from various avenues to plan and strategize overall communication and change management strategy.
–ª
External communications for the D-Hub in close collaboration with Country Communications.
–ª
Establish Industry relations to facilitate connect to emerging market trends.
–ª
Guide and support conceptualization & execution of internal events such as town halls, employee engagement events including strategies for implementation.
–ª
Plan and manage all internal employee communication activities specific to platforms.
–ª
Content Creation for internal channels like Bayernet
Skills & Qualifications:
–ª
Degree in communication and change management OR equivalent
–ª
10+ years of experience with 5+ years as people leader
–ª
IT experience is an advantage
–ª
Fluent and concise communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
–ª
Knowledge of communications tools and processes, basics in Content
–ª
Management Systems, is technology-savvy
–ª
Trained in Change Management is an advantage
–ª
Strong presentation knowledge and new digital assets Eye for aesthetics and branding
–ª
Strong in relationship building and influencing with relevant external and internal stakeholder groups
–ª
