Sales & CollectionIdentifying the overall potential for the territorySelling the entire product rangeIdentifying cross selling / upselling opportunities at both direct and indirect accountsInnovative customer focused offerings to gain customer / market shareUnderstanding market operating prices as well as dealer ROI / margin structureTimely collection of duesMonitoring over dues and streamlining the accountsLedger review with the teamOptimize the credit limits and ad hoc requestsPeriodic updates and reports on the market activities to the brand manager2. Implementing the business strategy of the companyLiaising with technical team for right product offerings and upgradationUsing sales tools and report for regular analysisEffective utilization of the marketing and promotional material3. Customer managementManaging customer relationships with key stake holdersEngage with customers with new product and service offeringUnderstanding short and long term customer business projectionsEngagement with senior and mid-level management of the customers4. Forecasting and periodic sales planning aligned with key market intelligence and branch objectives.
