Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Primary Responsibilities:1)Recruitment:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent2) Employee Relations:Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee issues and concerns.Manage the performance review process and provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees3) Compensation and Benefits:Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programsDevelop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefitsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits4)Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including EEO laws, labor laws, and health and safety regulations
