PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work directly with customer via telephone and email Educates customer on our products offering and services. Educate and explain product related and answering other queries. Follow up with customer for any customer service-related issues. To help collecting required documents or paperwork from customers to set up new accounts or to requalifying existing customers. To log customer orders in BNS SOP system. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Need to work under Team Leader & should be active in all challenging team activities. Should take initiatives for team and make healthy team atmosphere. Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports.
