PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work directly with customer via telephone and email
• Educates customer on our products offering and services.
• Educate and explain product related and answering other queries.
• Follow up with customer for any customer service-related issues.
• To help collecting required documents or paperwork from customers to set up new accounts or to requalifying existing customers.
• To log customer orders in BNS – SOP system.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Need to work under Team Leader & should be active in all challenging team activities.
• Should take initiatives for team and make healthy team atmosphere.
• Assisting Team & Team Leader for preparing reports.
