Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical)Company: Avenue Corp India Pvt. Ltd.Location: Thane, MumbaiExperience: Fresher to 2 YearJob Description:Avenue Corp India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Estimation Engineer to support project costing and pricing activities. The candidate will assist in preparing basic estimates, studying drawings/BOQs, collecting vendor quotations, and coordinating with the internal team for project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing cost estimates for electrical/mechanical projects.Study drawings, specifications, and BOQ to understand project scope.Collect material rates and vendor quotations.Support pricing and project costing documentation.Coordinate with senior engineers for technical inputs.Prepare basic reports and maintain estimation records.Skills Required:Basic knowledge of Electrical/Mechanical systems.Good understanding of MS Excel & MS Office.Ability to read technical drawings (added advantage).Good communication and analytical skills.Willingness to learn and work with deadlines.Qualification:Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

IMMEDIATE JOINEESYSTEM KNOWLEDGE - ELV Systems, LV Systems, BMS Systems, Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Security System, CCTV ETC.JOB ROLE: Carry out solely or assist in commissioning of Project Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits and Service Level Agreements Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Ensure all issues are properly logged Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Maintain jovial relationships with clients Take over commissioning of ongoing Project and Takeover After Sales from Projects Dept. Ensure AMC conversion of Projects commissioned under his supervision. Should complete any related assignments given by the Reporting Head/HOD.
