We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in the elevator and escalator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and quality assurance of lift systems at project sites, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Site Coordination1. Supervise and coordinate lift installation activities at project sites.2. Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.3. Prepare and maintain site reports, daily progress records, and handover documents.Technical Oversight:1. Ensure proper installation, alignment, and commissioning of lift equipment as per manufacturer's specifications.2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lift mechanics, electronics, and safety systems.3. Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks.4. Enforce adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations

Overseeing the installation of Lifts/Elevators. Responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions. Installing and testing electrical systems. Servicing and maintaining machine parts. Repairing or replacing system parts. Oiling and greasing moving parts. Carrying out safety checks. Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities. Understanding customer needs and concerns. Preparing and submitting service reports. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Keep the customer informed regarding the condition of his equipment and preventive and corrective repairs. Able to handle and guide the technical team.
