This full-time position is ideal for female candidates who have recently graduated or have limited experience in teaching. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Chemistry Lessons:** Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring they understand key concepts in chemistry.- **Develop Curriculum:** Create and update lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the educational standards and learning objectives.- **Assess Student Performance:** Design tests and quizzes to evaluate students understanding and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment:** Encourage student participation and create a classroom atmosphere that is both welcoming and conducive to learning.- **Support Students with Individual Needs:** Identify students who may need extra help and provide additional resources or tutoring to support their learning.- **Communicate with Parents:** Regularly update parents on their childs progress and maintain open lines of communication regarding any concerns or achievements.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc) or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts to students.- A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students learn and grow.- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with students in a supportive manner.- Patience and adaptability to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
