Chemistry Teacher - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Teacher to join our team in Rudrapur. This full-time position is ideal for female candidates who have recently graduated or have limited experience in teaching.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Chemistry Lessons:** Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students, ensuring they understand key concepts in chemistry.

- **Develop Curriculum:** Create and update lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the educational standards and learning objectives.

- **Assess Student Performance:** Design tests and quizzes to evaluate students’ understanding and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

- **Foster a Positive Learning Environment:** Encourage student participation and create a classroom atmosphere that is both welcoming and conducive to learning.

- **Support Students with Individual Needs:** Identify students who may need extra help and provide additional resources or tutoring to support their learning.

- **Communicate with Parents:** Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and maintain open lines of communication regarding any concerns or achievements.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry () or a related field, along with a Bachelor of Education ().

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
