We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Gym Trainer to join our team in Karnal. The ideal candidate should have experience in fitness training and a strong desire to help others achieve their health goals. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Personal Training Sessions**: Work one-on-one with clients to design and implement personalized workout plans that fit their fitness levels and objectives. - **Monitor Client Progress**: Keep track of client performance and changes over time, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure they stay on track.- **Educate Clients on Fitness Techniques**: Teach proper exercise techniques and safety measures to prevent injuries and enhance workout effectiveness.- **Explain Nutrition Basics**: Provide clients with basic nutrition advice that complements their fitness goals, promoting a holistic approach to health.- **Maintain Gym Equipment**: Ensure that all gym equipment is well-maintained and report any issues that arise, helping to create a safe workout environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain fitness concepts. A basic understanding of fitness science and nutrition is essential. Candidates should have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their goals. Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a training role is necessary, along with a commitment to continuous personal fitness development. Being punctual and professional is also expected in this full-time office-based role.

Job Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:1. Greet walk-in customers and provide information about gym services, memberships, and facilities.2. Manage check-ins and ensure a positive first impression for all gym visitors.Sales and Calling:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into memberships.2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.3. Effectively explain membership packages, offers, and promotional deals to customers.Customer Service:1. Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues related to memberships or services.2. Ensure smooth onboarding for new members by guiding them through the sign-up process.3. Skills & Qualifications:6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles (preferably in the fitness or service industry).4.
