- **Educate Clients on Fitness Techniques**: Teach proper exercise techniques and safety measures to prevent injuries and enhance workout effectiveness.
- **Explain Nutrition Basics**: Provide clients with basic nutrition advice that complements their fitness goals, promoting a holistic approach to health.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
