Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards. Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers and clients. Assist in providing technical advice and solving problems on site Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) & rate analysis of various items

Experience of minimum 4 years as Building Supervisor in Building Construction works.. Supervision of the on-going civil work and finishing activities. Check the quality of all material received on site. Cash purchasing of the material from the market. Maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material. Supervising and instructing the construction workers as well as subcontractors Maintain the cleanliness of site daily report, Department labour bill. Organising the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Overseeing health and safety matters on site Any other tasks as directed by the management. Knowledge on building materials, manufacturing process , sources and procurementMaintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

A site engineer offers advice in the planning, coordination.Control over the sub-contractor, vendors and site workers.Taking charge of civil works and delivering them as per requirement.Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification.Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.Knowledge of the resources and procurement.Can supervise and update the status of civil work going on site.Ability to work in group.Understanding of the conceptual design and final layout.Immediate joiners freshers and experience holder both are apply now.Must have either B.tech (civil ) or diploma in same.Fair communication skills and good job knowledge.Engr should know Computers, AutoCAD .
