HR Admin Manager will be expected to be proficient in the following:Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrators assistant Have to look after overall HR functions like recruitment, statutory compliances, vendor co-ordination, performance management, employee engagement and employee grievance handling, labour lawsUnderstanding various HR software systems, like HRMSComputer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc. Organisational skills and ability to prioritise Interpersonal with good communicative skills
