Data Entry and Record Keeping:Accurately input data into company databases and systems.Maintain and update records, files, and documents in an organized manner.Assist in managing and archiving documents both electronically and physically.Office Support:Assist with front desk operations, including welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in restocking as needed.Communication:Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information.Assist in drafting routine emails, memos, and correspondence.Document Preparation:Support in creating and formatting documents, presentations, and reports using office software.

Job Role: Quality ControllerExperience: FreshersLocation: Hyderabad, SultanpurNotice Period: Immediate JoinersResponsibilities:1. Preparing specifications for all raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates and solvents, and reagents used in analyses.2. Inspecting, sampling, and testing of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).3. Performing stability testing to assess product stability.4. Preparing analysis reports for the tested samples, and recording and investigating any results that are Out of Specification (OOS).5. Approving product batches for sale after ensuring it meets the quality, safety, and efficacy standards prescribed.6. Calibration of all laboratory instruments and devices used in the testing.7. Reviewing the batch manufacturing and packing records and assessing the test reports to ensure products are of the desired quality and have been properly packed and labeled.8. Participating in any investigation that follows market complaints about the quality of a product.9. Continuous implementation of SOP & formats.10. Preparing device history file /BMR quality control table & samplingRequirements and skills: Masters Degree in Microbiology/Pharma/Diploma preferred Ability to translate skills and knowledge to others Industry certification a plusExperience in facing quality certification audits is preferrable.
