This strategic position requires an enthusiastic and people-oriented professional who will work closely with internal stakeholders to plan extensively and showcase our value addition to the customers.Preferred Functional Knowledge: B2B Sales, SAAS Sales, HRMS Sales, ERP Sales, Software Sales, CRMKey Responsibility:Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using various lead generation methods.Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies.Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.Research on different tools to increase sales and business opportunities.Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.Present product/services matching the prospects needs.Responsible for all Sales revenue growth & retention in the assigned territory.Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-term and long-term business development plansWork with sales and marketing teams to execute the sales strategies and refine lead generation activities.Creating and maintaining a databaseQualification and Experience:Minimum graduation from a recognized university.Has an excellent understanding of Enterprise as well as SMB software sales cycles.Min. 2+ years of relevant experience in Software Sales.Ability to demonstrate the solution to the customers.Exposure and experience in working with any HRMS software provider is a big advantage.Must be Detail-orientedShould have a strong Analytical mindset, critical thinking
