Desired Profile : We are hiring a legal ace with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical approach towards matters. An attorney having first-hand experience with international clients will be preferred.Technical Skills: Closing merger and acquisition transactions independently. Equipped with knowledge of advisory on general corporate laws and handling such projects of international clients independently. Drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements, eg. - shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements relating to investments in India, confidentiality agreements, draft regulations, Bye-laws for entities, MoUs, LoIs etc. Drafting and vetting of transaction documents and assisting in negotiations. Advising various Indian and foreign entity collaborators, in relation to joint venture transactions, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
