desired profile : we are hiring a legal ace with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and analytical approach towards matters. an attorney having first-hand experience with international clients will be preferred.

technical skills:

• closing merger and acquisition transactions independently.

• equipped with knowledge of advisory on general corporate laws and handling such projects of international clients independently.

• drafting and vetting of contracts and agreements, eg. - shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements relating to investments in india, confidentiality agreements, draft regulations, bye-laws for entities, mou’s, loi’s etc.

• drafting and vetting of transaction documents and assisting in negotiations.

• advising various indian and foreign entity collaborators, in relation to joint venture transactions, including drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents.
