Provide expert advice and guidance on road safety and traffic transportation matters for the viaductconstruction activities of the Dhubri Phulbari Bridge Project. Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments of the viaduct construction site,identifying potential hazards and recommending appropriate control measures. Develop and implement a road safety management plan specifically tailored to the viaduct constructionactivities, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with the viaduct construction team, including contractors and subcontractors, to review andevaluate safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct road safety audits of the project, assessing the design plans and recommending improvementsto enhance overall safety. Monitor the implementation of safety protocols and procedures on the viaduct construction site, ensuringcompliance with safety guidelines and regulations. Conduct safety training sessions for the viaduct team, raising awareness of safety protocols, promotingsafe work practices, and fostering a safety-conscious culture. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and recommending preventivemeasures to minimize future occurrences. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to road safetyengineering, traffic transportation, and road safety management. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and statutory authorities, to ensurecompliance with safety requirements and obtain necessary approvals for the viaduct constructionactivities.
