provide expert advice and guidance on road safety and traffic transportation matters for the viaduct

construction activities of the dhubri phulbari bridge project.

• conduct comprehensive safety inspections and risk assessments of the viaduct construction site,

identifying potential hazards and recommending appropriate control measures.

• develop and implement a road safety management plan specifically tailored to the viaduct construction

• investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, analyzing root causes and recommending preventive

measures to minimize future occurrences.

• stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to road safety

engineering, traffic transportation, and road safety management.

• collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and statutory authorities, to ensure

compliance with safety requirements and obtain necessary approvals for the viaduct construction

activities.
