The ideal candidate will be a female between the ages of 30 to 35, with fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi, and a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed- Conduct research and compile data to support executives' decision-making processes- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requiredRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred- Proven experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Health insurance and other benefits package- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment
