We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Support the accounting team in daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processingAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reportsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesConduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and completenessManage and maintain accurate records of financial transactionsAssist with budget preparation and analysisCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPerform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fieldProven experience as an assistant accountant or in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and WordKnowledge of accounting software, preferably QuickBooksStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood time-management and organizational skillsIf you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
