Should be aware of Legal compliances & Statutory requirements Ensure to maintain other statutory laws such as Minimum Wages Act and Maternity Act Exit Management Address critical queries raised by employees Conduct various surveys, like Employee Satisfaction Survey, Compensation Benchmarking etc.
