Job DescriptionWe are looking for a management level employee who is responsible for Clientrelations & meeting, Requirement analyzing & Brainstorming, Formulate workplan, Project coordination & Administration. She will also be responsible for theperformance of her team members and their day to day targets. Therefore, abasic understanding of front-end technologies such as Android, PHP,Frameworks, CMS, MySQL, SQLite SEO & Digital marketing is necessary as well.Responsibilities Speaking to your management team/clients to find out what they want Advise clients objectively on where IT might make a difference to thebusiness Planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business Co-ordinating the project team Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring thesethrough the project Adjusting the plans where needed Keeping management and clients updated on progress Evaluation of each project stage and once completedSkills And Qualifications Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam (written andverbal) Attractive personality Applicable only to Married / Non Married Woman Basic knowledge in Coding & programming Must be ready to travel for client meeting (very occasionally) Excellent organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of complex information and requirements Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans Good evaluation skills Confidence in decision-making An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraintsQualificationAny graduate / Post Graduates can apply with above mentioned technicalityAge 28 to 40SalaryMonthly salary : 16,000 INR to 20,000 INRIncentives: On project basisWorking hours: 9.30 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)Work Location: ThrissurContactDhillu DavidJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
