we are looking for a management level employee who is responsible for client

relations & meeting, requirement analyzing & brainstorming, formulate work

plan, project coordination & administration. she will also be responsible for the

performance of her team members and their day to day targets. therefore, a

basic understanding of front-end technologies such as android, php,

frameworks, cms, mysql, sqlite seo & digital marketing is necessary as well.

responsibilities

• speaking to your management team/clients to find out what they want

• advise clients objectively on where it might make a difference to the

business

• planning the stages of the project and how each affects the business

• co-ordinating the project team

• agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these

through the project

• adjusting the plans where needed

• keeping management and clients updated on progress

• evaluation of each project stage and once completed

skills and qualifications

• good communication skills in english, hindi & malayalam (written and

verbal)

• attractive personality

• applicable only to married / non married woman

• basic knowledge in coding & programming

• must be ready to travel for client meeting (very occasionally)

• excellent organizational skills

• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• understanding of complex information and requirements

• good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans

• good evaluation skills

• confidence in decision-making

• an ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints

qualification

any graduate / post graduates can apply with above mentioned technicality

age – 28 to 40

salary

monthly salary : 16,000 inr to 20,000 inr

incentives: on project basis

working hours: am to 6 pm (monday to saturday)
