Roles and responsibilities:Clinical To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices. To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan. To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical standards. To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patients care or treatment is recorded accurately. To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriateSpecialty Care Basic Assessments /Vital monitoring Evaluate patients' vital signs or laboratory data to determine emergency intervention needs. Meet Hygienic & Nutrition Needs. Ambulation and Exercises Position change, Assist in Mobilization & ROM exercises. Prioritize nursing care for assigned critically ill patients, based on assessment data or identified needs. Psychological Support & Diversion therapy. Oxygen Therapy BI-PAP/CPAP Management, Tracheostomy care, Nasal Cannula/Face Mask. Nursing Procedures Steam inhalation, Nebulization, Oral/ Nasal/ET Suction, BLS, catheterization, Ryles tube insertion etc. Medication Administration Oral Medicine, SC, IV, IM Injection, IV fluids, IV cannulation through gastric tubes, or by other methods. Advanced Assessment & Preventive Care Performs risk assessment, follow strict infection control measures- CAUTI/CLABSI/SSI. Specialized Services Chemo Port dressing, PICC line dressing, Colostomy, Urostomy, Care of Dialysis patient, administer medication through syringe pump, GCS Monitoring, CVP Monitoring, pain management, Bed sore management, Emergency Drugs & High Alert Medication, Ventilator case Management, Management of Drains, Care of Death.

Roles and responsibilities: Home visits, visit approximately 4 to 5 enrolled patients in a day. To assess the patients needs and formulate personalised care plan based on comprehensive assessment To deliver outstanding clinical care guided by evidence based medicine and ethical practices To monitor the care delivered and provide the necessary clinical leadership to facilitate better recovery To provide Goal based care for patients resulting in better outcomes To implement clinical care protocols and pathways for common home healthcare presentations Report on number of visits and maintain the documentation of the visitsTimings:Work in any of the Shift timings are as under: 8:00 AM to 4:00PM 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMTransport will be provided by the organization for the patient visits.

Roles and responsibilities:1) Clinical Recruitment & other recruitment as per requirement. 2) Make and implement recruitment strategy for recruitment of nurses and health care professionals 3) Identify and explore various channels for recruitment, tie up with institutions, colleges, consultants etc 4) Conduct Campus Interviews, Job fair etc 5) Smart use of - online portals, social media, employment exchange, walk in etc6) Conduct on campus training program thru Learning centre7) Documentation Fix salary, issue of offer letters, on boarding, medical check, registration etc8) Meet recruitment target and timeline.9) Requires travelling within and surrounding stateKey Deliverables:Recruitment, Resource Development, Grievance Handling, Employee Engagement, Documentation Thru TAT, SLAs, Timeline, Quality scores, overall scores.
