Key Responsibilities:Installation & Setup: Mounting, aligning, and focusing cameras, running cables (CAT5/CAT6), and setting up recording equipment.Maintenance & Upgrades: Performing regular inspections, updating firmware, and cleaning equipment for, consistent performance.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving camera, network, and power issues.System Configuration: Configuring IP addresses, motion detection, and recording schedules on network video recorders.Client Support: Training users on system operation and providing technical support.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities via cold calling and, in some cases, door-to-door visits.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Sales Execution: Conduct in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and maintain updated records in CRM systems.
