We are seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to manage relationships with distributors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) by providing personalized investment strategies.Profile: Private Banker - Wealth Relationship Manager Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B distributors, family offices, and HNW clients.Products: Products comprising of Private Equity, Unlisted shares, Startup Investments , Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF , Insurance and Real Estate offerings Portfolio Management: Monitor and adjust portfolios to align with client goals; conduct regular performance reviews.Sales and Business Development: Expand client and broker relationships, network actively, and meet sales targets.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and assess investment risks.Qualifications- Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Business, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred).- Experience: Proven background in wealth management or investment advisory and offering wealth management solutions - Skills: Strong financial analysis and interpersonal skills; experience managing HNW portfolios or broker relationships.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Hike: Competitive based on experience and performance.Profit Sharing: Up to 50% based on performance targets.ESOP: Available after 3 years, at managements discretion.Age Bracket: 2340 years.Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur.Designation: Partner, Senior VP, VP, Senior Manager, Manager Number of Openings: 36

Create, implement and manage custom SEO strategy to improve rank, conversion, and overall traffic Develop and implement link-building campaigns Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy to ensure high-quality scores and low bounces Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success Stay up to date with the latest Google algorithm changes as well as SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices. Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels to improve rankings and understand SEO strategy performance Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Researching and implementing search engine optimization recommendations Researching and analyzing competitor links and onsite strategies Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.Requirements Relevant Experience of minimum 3-4 years Hands-on experience in link building Must have a proven track record of driving results (SERP rank, traffic, engagement, and conversions) Hands-on experience with web analytics tools & search engine referral tracking/benchmarking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is preferred Understanding of technical-SEO fundamentals (page markup & schemas, URL structures, site crawl performance, server vs. client-side rendering, caching & CDNs, XML, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentRemuneration Fixed Salary Performance Bonus Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs)
