The candidate will assist students and parents across India through a consultative sales modelvia tele-sales/video sessions or field sales depending on the role applied for. Opportunity to work with a brilliant, interdisciplinary team from Stanford, Duke, IIT, and more.Location: NoidaSkills & ApproachPassion in consultative sales and business development.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good logical reasoning and structured approach for conversion.High energy, initiative, and hunger for faster growth.Strong sense of discipline and resilience under pressure situations.Ability to build rapport and create professional relationships.ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospects on call and do sales conductions through video sessions or in-personmeeting (for field sales).Identify and develop relationships with potential customers via telecalling.Update and create tailored client proposals+++.Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirectcustomer contact and prospecting.Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly toensure objectives are met.Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls to ensure daily targets are met.Eligibility Criteria1. Good English communication is mandatory.2. Good laptop with working camera and mic and decent data connection.3. Ready to join immediately within 1-2 Days.4. 0-5 years of Sales experience preferred. Fresh Graduates with excellent English communicationwill be considered.
