A premier fashion boutique in Oman is looking for an experienced Master Cutter (Tailor) to lead our production team. We specialize in high-quality, custom-made ladies' apparel and require a true artisan with leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the tailoring workshop, overseeing all aspects of garment production from pattern making and cutting to the final stitch.- Create and adapt patterns for a diverse range of ladies' clothing, including modern dresses, formal gowns, and traditional wear.- Ensure all garments meet our boutique's high standards for quality, fit, and finishing.- Manage and train a team of junior tailors, fostering a productive and high-quality work environment.- Interact with clients when necessary to understand complex design requirements.Job Requirements:- Extensive, proven experience as a Master Cutter or Master Tailor with a strong portfolio in ladies' fashion.- Spoken Arabic is mandatory for this role.- Expert-level skills in pattern making and cutting.- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing a team.- The candidate must be an Indian national.
