a premier fashion boutique in oman is looking for an experienced master cutter (tailor) to lead our production team. we specialize in high-quality, custom-made ladies' apparel and require a true artisan with leadership skills.

key responsibilities:

- lead the tailoring workshop, overseeing all aspects of garment production from pattern making and cutting to the final stitch.

- create and adapt patterns for a diverse range of ladies' clothing, including modern dresses, formal gowns, and traditional wear.

- ensure all garments meet our boutique's high standards for quality, fit, and finishing.

- manage and train a team of junior tailors, fostering a productive and high-quality work environment.

- interact with clients when necessary to understand complex design requirements.

job requirements:

- extensive, proven experience as a master cutter or master tailor with a strong portfolio in ladies' fashion.

- spoken arabic is mandatory for this role.

- expert-level skills in pattern making and cutting.

- strong leadership capabilities and experience managing a team.

- the candidate must be an indian national. we will manage the visa process for the selected individual from india.
