Job Profile & Requirement: To identify and target new clients from different industries. To generate new business from these clients. Work would cover the entire spectrum of Lead generation from prospecting MNCS through sales /cold calls, networking, meetings, and pitches with potential clients till selling of ideas and services. Convert these new businesses into key accounts. Manage these key accounts by servicing them to clients satisfaction. Develop new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and quality standards. Understand clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable. To think and ideate solutions to different business situations / challenges. Achieve targets. Ensure all payments are received on time. Daily Report preparation Confident, Passionate and Ambitious Individual Excellent in Spoken and written English Creative - Excellent in presentation (PPT/ Keynote) making skills Should possess excellent skills to organically grow business with the same client Must be up to date with Industry offerings Coordinate with creative and operation teams to deliver valuable solutions in Pitches Be the face of the company while executing the project/ event as per clients expectations.

Experience of a minimum of 5+ years- Generate new options & ideas and increase profitability by giving best costs. Planning & Managing all Production & Operation requirements-Should have well versed with technical knowledge, measurements, materials. Should be resourceful and identify reliable & right vendors.-Costing & Budgeting on excel.-Vendor identification & Management-Dedicated, Reliable & Honest-Good command on English both written & spoken-Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team-Work closely with the CS and Creative team to understand event objectives. -Candidate should have knowledge of MS Office (Like Word, excel, PPT)

Experience of a minimum of 5+ yearsCandidates need to understand the clients brief and be able to conceptualise & create design accordinglyShould be able to create 3D set designs for corporate & Social events.Should be able to work under pressure and should complete work on the deadline.Proof reading to produce accurate and high-quality work.Should be creative and adaptable with the latest technology.Candidate will be responsible for print specifications, approvals, and quality control.Ability to co-ordinate with vendors at times to clarify designs and help meet production deadlines.Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and other related graphic designing/editing softwares.Education and Proficiency of 3D software like 3d max, Maya is must.
