Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) who understands both domestic and international pharmaceutical markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing buyer communication, coordinating with third-party manufacturers, and helping establish Alianca Healthcare as a reliable export partner globally.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business in domestic and international markets. Identify and onboard new buyers, distributors, and business partners. Communicate effectively with international clients and third-party manufacturers. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Research regulatory and market requirements for new country entries. Prepare proposals, quotations, and export documentation in coordination with internal teams. Participate in trade fairs, B2B meetings, and virtual conferences. Stay updated with global market trends, competition, and new product opportunities.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred). 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development or exports. Strong understanding of domestic and global pharma markets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, proactive, and self-driven personality. Ability to manage multiple countries and clients simultaneously.
