This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to YouTube to enhance video visibility and engagement.Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for video titles, descriptions, and tags.Content Optimization: Optimize video metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings and click-through rates.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze video performance using YouTube Analytics and other SEO tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve content strategy.Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO strategy, providing recommendations for improvement.Engagement Strategies: Implement strategies to increase subscriber base, video views, and overall channel growth through organic methods.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in YouTube SEO optimization.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or TubeBuddy.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of YouTube algorithms, search rankings, and video optimization techniques.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
