key responsibilities:

seo strategy development: develop and implement effective seo strategies tailored to youtube to enhance video visibility and engagement.

keyword research: conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for video titles, descriptions, and tags.

content optimization: optimize video metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search rankings and click-through rates.

analytics & reporting: monitor and analyze video performance using youtube analytics and other seo tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve content strategy.

trend analysis: stay updated with the latest youtube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and relevant.

competitor analysis: conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our seo strategy, providing recommendations for improvement.

engagement strategies: implement strategies to increase subscriber base, video views, and overall channel growth through organic methods.

qualifications:

experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in youtube seo optimization.

technical skills: proficiency in using youtube analytics, google analytics, and seo tools such as ahrefs, semrush, or tubebuddy.

knowledge: in-depth understanding of youtube algorithms, search rankings, and video optimization techniques.

analytical skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
