Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise Odoo ERP implementation and customizationAct as single point of contact between Al Haramain team and implementation partner (Hashcode)Review and validate functional requirements, SSR, and deliverablesHandle report customization, development coordination, and testingControl user access, roles, and system securityEnsure data accuracy, system performance, and process complianceTrack project timelines, pending issues, and escalationSupport integration (e-commerce, POS, logistics, APIs)Participate in UAT, training, and go-live supportEnsure alignment with UAE compliance (WPS, VAT, audit requirements)
